This TV host laughs at his guest, because the guest suffers from damaged vocal chords. They are in a very serious discussion about the medical procedures. I don’t think the fact that the man has damaged vocal chords is funny at all… it’s immature to laugh at those less fortunate than you… however… the way the host reacts… is hilarious! There, I said it! lol
The host can’t stop laughing at this man’s voice… he was fired, shortly after.
BTW, when he bursts into laughter after the second question, it is because the man begins talking about how it is hard to get sexual attention (youtube translation…?) because it requires… sweet talk…?
